I booked the two-bedroom suite, and it provided ample space for my family. the breakfast options had great variety with live omelet station. the hotel is REALLY neat. The staff was professional. the shuttle service to the haram mosque ran almost hourly which was very helpful.
The water flow in the shower seemed small. This should be checked.

I stayed for several nights. the breakfast had a lot of options. i appreciated the free parking space. It was very convenient. the room was spacious too.
the hotel cleaning service was not consistent. i had to ask for it, and sometimes they still didn't clean. they also didn't always change towels. the staff's english skill was limited.

the free shuttle service to the haram was punctual. local shops and a pharmacy are within walking distance, very convenient. i found the breakfast buffet to be great. The beds were also comfortable. i noticed the rooms were cleaned daily.
i found that the cleanliness of the room could have been improved, though it was minor.

wow, a totally brill stay!

the hotel offered great facilities for such a low price. it was even cheaper than other places, i tell you! my room was totally super clean. the reception staff were also super friendly to me.
i only have one tiny thing that bothered me and that was the slightly far walk from the bus drop-off.

I thought the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. It had so many choices! the hotel also had its own underground parking. That was very useful to me. i appreciated the cleanliness and quiet environment of the hotel. It really helped me relax after long days.
The wi-fi connection was not good. i could not connect to even whatsapp . i hope they improve the internet connection. It is important for international travelers.

A beautiful mosque is just across from the hotel! i saw some restaurants and a pharmacy nearby. the shuttle bus to haram mosque runs almost every hour. This was helpful and comfortable.
